We are seeking an experienced BMC Remedy Developer to design, develop and customise Remedy applications within a secure enterprise environment. You will work across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management, delivering enhancements, integrations and ongoing platform support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and customise BMC Remedy applications (workflows, forms, active links, filters)
- Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Remedy environment
- Optimise application performance and ensure scalability
- Develop integrations with other enterprise systems
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements and upgrades
Skills and Experience
- BMC Remedy ITSM Certification (desirable)
- Strong experience in Remedy development and customisation
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
- Experience with cloud-based Remedy deployments
- Experience with workflows, integrations and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
