You will take ownership of day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting employees and leaders and play a key role in shaping and delivering the HR strategy, ensuring they attract, develop and retain the talent needed for future success.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a proactive, solutions‑focused HR service, empowering managers to confidently lead their teams.
  • Lead on complex ER cases involving performance, discipline, and grievance.
  • Serve as first point of contact for HR and payroll matters.
  • Lead/collaboratively support HR projects.
  • Drive the D&I agenda and support employee communication initiatives.
  • Build relationships with external organisations to strengthen employer brand visibility.

The successful candidate will have:

  • CIPD Level 5 (Chartered membership ideal).
  • Extensive generalist HR experience, ideally within a technology‑focused or fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Proven experience supporting or delivering change and culture‑shaping projects.
  • Comfortable analysing HR data and dashboards to inform decisions.
  • High energy, motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Innovative, solutions‑focused thinker with a digital mindset.
  • Highly collaborative team player.
