We are working exclusively with a respected organisation in Worcestershire to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This is a confidential search for a part‑time HR professional who can lead culture change initiatives, develop managers, and provide high‑level HR support across the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of HR strategy, organisational development, and employee engagement, while ensuring HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of culture change programmes
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and drive improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate training, workshops, and team development sessions
  • Act as a champion for employee engagement and positive workplace culture
  • Deliver engaging training to build management capability
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance, ER matters, and people leadership
  • Support talent development, succession planning and skills‑gap analysis
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of employment law
  • Develop, review and embed HR policies and procedures
  • Support investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes
  • Contribute to wellbeing and Health & Safety initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing programmes
  • Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
  • Enhance the candidate and new starter experience
  • Assist with payroll preparation and HR lifecycle administration
Candidate Profile
  • HR Manager or senior HR experience (manufacturing experience advantageous)
  • Proven experience leading culture change initiatives
  • Strong training, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Solid understanding of UK employment legislation
  • A proactive, hands‑on and solutions‑focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
