LHH is supporting a client in the search for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead the implementation of new people systems across a complex, multi-site organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project professional with experience delivering HR, payroll, workforce or HRIS systems projects. You will play a key role in leading the end-to-end implementation process, working closely with HR, IT, Finance and operational stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new people systems from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation review
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, dependencies and budgets
- Manage governance, reporting progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery
- Gather, document and analyse business requirements from a range of stakeholders
- Undertake current and future-state process mapping across HR, payroll, workforce planning and employee lifecycle processes
- Support data migration, system configuration and integration activities
- Support change management, communications, training and user adoption
- Establish post-implementation governance and continuous improvement processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience delivering HR systems, payroll systems or people systems implementations
- Strong project management experience across complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Demonstrable business analysis and process mapping skills
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS, LMS or workforce systems
- Experience working within a multi-site or national organisation
- Experience within the public, charitable or trust sector would be beneficial
