A leading engineering and technology business supporting critical infrastructure is seeking a Head of Market Operations to lead delivery performance across the UK and Ireland.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a key leadership role focused on ensuring customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially. You will oversee regional operations including field service activities, project delivery, resource planning, customer escalations and operational performance, driving greater consistency, accountability and predictability across the business.
Working closely with commercial, engineering, product and support teams, you will use data, KPIs and forecasting to improve delivery performance, customer outcomes and operational efficiency. You will play a central role in embedding strong operating disciplines, enhancing resource utilisation and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced operational leader with a background in engineering, infrastructure, utilities, technical services or project-based environments. You will have a proven track record of improving operational performance, leading customer-facing delivery teams and driving change within complex organisations.
