Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of civil disputes, focusing on contentious probate and property matters
- Advise and represent clients throughout the litigation process
- Develop and implement strategies for dispute resolution, utilising litigation, mediation, and negotiation
- Stay updated with developments in civil litigation and relevant case law
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx)
- At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
