The Opportunity:
We are seeking an ambitious Employment Associate to join our client's award-winning Employment practice during an exciting period of growth. This role will be based in their Birmingham office and offers a unique chance to work with an expanding client base, delivering exceptional legal services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing strategic employment advice to high-profile clients.
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and grievance procedures.
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish.
- Contributing to complex employment-related transactions.
- Handling data subject access requests with a focus on compliance.
- Leading marketing initiatives, including writing thought leadership articles and presenting at seminars.
