Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programme.
- Work with Finance, IT and implementation partners on process design, requirements gathering and solution reviews.
- Review and optimise finance processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Support finance data migration activities from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT testing, managing issue resolution and stakeholder sign-off.
- Drive business readiness through training, documentation and change management activities.
- Promote SAP S/4HANA and Fiori best practice across the finance function.
About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong background in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, FP&A or Finance Operations.
- Proven experience supporting or leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Finance, IT and external partners.
- Experience in finance process improvement, testing and data migration activities.
