I’m working with a highly respected international law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior or Principal Associate to its Real Estate team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to take on high-value, complex work within a market-leading practice.

My client is seeking a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate. The successful candidate will work on significant property transactions for major investors, developers, and corporate occupiers. This is an ideal role for someone ready to step into a senior position with real autonomy, clear progression opportunities, and strong visibility within a high-performing team.

You’ll be joining a successful and collaborative Real Estate group known for delivering premium-quality work across Scotland. The team advises on:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Development work
  • Leasing and ongoing asset management
  • Real estate aspects of wider corporate and finance transactions
