LHH is partnering with a high-growth, fast-paced business to appoint a People Partner within their commercial function. This is a hands-on partnering role working closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing to drive performance, engagement, and development. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, helping embed strong people practices and supporting a high-performance culture.
You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with managers on performance, engagement, and day-to-day people matters
- Coaching leaders to take ownership of people decisions and build capability within their teams
- Supporting performance frameworks, including goals, 1:1s, and feedback conversations
- Contributing to career development pathways and progression frameworks
- Identifying skills gaps and supporting learning and development initiatives
- Driving engagement activity and turning feedback into meaningful action
- Using people data and insight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience at People Partner / HRBP level in a fast-paced or commercial environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice people management
- Confidence handling a broad range of employee relations and performance matters
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and comfort working in ambiguity
- Experience using people data to inform decisions (HiBob experience advantageous)
