Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end close process for the European division, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Conduct analytical reviews of monthly profit and loss statements to identify discrepancies and implement adjustments.
- Maintain the integrity of Business Intelligence systems in alignment with the ERP framework.
- Prepare and evaluate budget and monthly reforecast submissions to keep financial plans on track.
- Manage working capital, capital expenditure reporting, and cash forecast activities effectively.
- Provide insightful commentary on financial performance to support divisional leadership.
- Ensure a seamless flow of financial information, meeting all deadlines with precision.
- Support external audits, tax submissions, and financial reporting requirements.
- Perform financial appraisals of competitors, suppliers, and customers, sharing valuable insights with management.
- Assist the finance team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Be prepared for occasional international travel to support the business.
