This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive looking to move into, or further develop, an in-house career within a commercially driven environment. The Opportunity
This role sits within a central legal function, supporting a number of regional teams. You’ll work closely with senior legal leadership and play a key role in advising on a broad range of property-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Building strong working relationships with regional stakeholders across the business
- Advising on a variety of property matters, with a particular focus on affordable housing and investor sales
- Supporting on wider land transactions, including disposals
- Assisting with planning and infrastructure agreements
- Conducting due diligence and reporting on title

About You
- Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experience in property law, ideally including affordable housing, development work, or land transactions
- Familiarity with Section 106 or infrastructure agreements would be advantageous
- Previous experience working with a housebuilder or within a real estate practice is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a commercially minded approach
