I'm partnering with an international business to recruit a Global Data Privacy Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative legal team where you'll work alongside experienced privacy specialists, gaining exposure to complex, international data privacy matters across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of a varied workload and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities include: Advising on a wide range of global data privacy matters across Europe, North America and APAC.

Drafting and reviewing Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).

Supporting global privacy governance and compliance programmes.

Managing data subject requests and data breach incidents.

Advising on privacy considerations for business projects, including HR, marketing, e-commerce and technology implementations.

Monitoring regulatory developments and providing practical guidance to stakeholders.

Maintaining privacy documentation, policies and records of processing activities.

We're looking for someone with: Significant experience in data privacy, ideally gained in-house within an international organisation.

Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and wider international privacy legislation.

Experience reviewing and advising on the data privacy aspects of commercial contracts.

A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.

The confidence to work independently while collaborating with legal and business stakeholders globally.

A legal qualification is not essential for this role.
