Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied, hands-on role with real impact in a brilliant company? We are partnering with a fast-growing, international organisation seeking a proactive HR Officer to join their People team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment - supporting both employees and managers while helping to shape a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

As HR Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of HR services, from employee relations and payroll through to recruitment, engagement and HR projects, whilst acting as a trusted first point of contact for HR matters, offering practical guidance and ensuring policies and processes are applied consistently and effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing monthly payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records
  • Acting as first-line support on HR policies, procedures, and employee queries
  • Supporting employee relations matters including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Managing HR systems, employee records, and absence tracking
  • Coordinating recruitment activity, onboarding, and HR documentation
  • Supporting learning & development and employee engagement initiatives
  • Promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and positive workplace culture
  • Building strong relationships across multiple teams and locations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a fast paced HR role with exposure to payroll
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information
