About Our Client:

As a pivotal member of the corporate team, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload focused on M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, private equity, corporate restructures/reorganisations and joint ventures
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex corporate transactions
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored advice
- Contribute to business development and stay updated with sector trends
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), 6 Years + PQE
- Proven experience in corporate transactions
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of managing workloads and deadlines
- Ability to act in the best interest of clients and the firm
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in sectors such as Leisure, Food and Drink, Retail or Financial Services
- Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship management
- Ambitious team player with a collaborative mindset
Technologies:
