A leading UK law firm with a top tier commercial and IT practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Services Solicitor for a three-month interim assignment . This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and work on a diverse range of commercial matters across multiple sectors.

The Role

You will be responsible for advising on, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including:

  • Agency, distribution, and franchising agreements
  • B2B and B2C terms and conditions
  • Technology contracts (e.g., software licensing, SaaS, cloud services)
  • Construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC)
  • Procurement and outsourcing agreements

You’ll also provide strategic legal advice, lead client engagements, and support junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 8+ years PQE in commercial contracts
  • Strong experience across a range of sectors including tech, construction, and engineering
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Experience mentoring junior lawyers is a plus
  • Knowledge of data protection and consumer law is desirable
