Overview
Our client is a well-established and respected law firm based in Oldham, that are seeking an experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to support its busy Commercial Property team during a period of increased demand. This is a flexible locum position for an initial term of 3 to 6 months, with the potential for extension.
The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant work. This role is ideal for a solicitor who can work independently and deliver high-quality service to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, and leases
- Advising landlords and tenants on lease negotiations and renewals
- Managing property finance and development matters
- Conducting due diligence and reviewing title documents and contracts
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
