As Finance Manager, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for finance, combining hands‑on delivery with commercial insight:
- Full ownership of the finance function
- Managing bookkeeping and statutory processes using Xero

- Acting as a trusted finance partner to the owners, questioning and challenging numbers where appropriate

Qualifications:
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification or be Qualified by Experience

- Experience in FMCG, drinks or retail is highly desirable
