This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist practice advising a broad client base across the construction and engineering sector on high-value, complex projects from procurement through to completion.
You will advise clients across the construction supply chain on a wide range of non-contentious matters, with a strong emphasis on procurement, contract negotiation and project delivery. The role offers exposure to significant domestic and international projects across a variety of sectors.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and engineering contracts.
- Advising on professional appointments, sub-contracts, collateral warranties, performance bonds, parent company guarantees, assignments and third-party rights.
The successful candidate will have 7+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction law and:
