A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced People Operations Director to join its senior People leadership team. This is a significant leadership opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who can balance strategic transformation with operational excellence. The role will lead the operational delivery of the People function while driving improvements across people services, systems, governance, reward, employee relations and HR technology.

As People Operations Director, you will be responsible for creating a modern, scalable and efficient people operation that supports a growing and evolving business. You'll lead operational transformation initiatives, improve service delivery, enhance people systems and drive a more data-led approach to decision-making.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading and developing the People Operations function across the full employee lifecycle
  • Driving operational transformation, process improvement and automation
  • Developing scalable service delivery and shared services models
  • Overseeing HR operations, employee relations, policy and compliance
  • Leading people systems, data, reporting and vendor management
  • Supporting reward governance, salary review and bonus processes
  • Building a high-performing operational HR team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

About You
