The role
You'll run workstreams on private M&A transactions, take early responsibility for client contact, and work directly with partners who are visible and invested in developing their associates.
There's scope to shape your practice as you go, whether that's towards private equity, ECM or a particular sector.
- What they're looking for
- 2–6 years' PQE in corporate law, with strong private M&A experience. PE or equity capital markets exposure is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Training and experience gained at a well-regarded national, international or regional firm.
