LHH is seeking an Interim In-House Paralegal (commercial agreements) to join a Cambridge-based technology business.

The role is predominantly remote with occasional Cambridge office attendance, 2–3 days per week, and an immediate start.

You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs and Saa S/IT contracts, while supporting the in-house legal team and other stakeholders.
