LHH Recruitment Solutions are partnering with a well-established law firm to recruit an HR Consultant to join their growing Employment team in Hove. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional with strong employment law and employee relations knowledge who enjoys advising clients and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support across a range of employee relations matters.
- Advise on disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.
- Support clients with employment law queries and HR best practice.
- Draft and review HR policies, procedures and documentation.
- Provide guidance on settlement agreements and related employment matters.
- Build trusted client relationships and deliver commercially focused HR solutions.
About You
- Proven experience in an HR Advisory, HR Business Partner or HR Consultant role.
- Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident advising managers and business leaders.
- Commercially minded with a consultative approach.
- Able to build rapport quickly and deliver exceptional client service.
