We are supporting a globally recognised FMCG organisation on the appointment of a Brand Protection Manager, a highly strategic role focused on safeguarding brand value, intellectual property, and customer trust across international markets. This position sits at the intersection of IP, legal, digital, and marketing, and plays a critical role in ensuring brand consistency and protection across all customer touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global brand protection programme across digital and physical channels
- Monitor and address online brand risks including infringement, impersonation, and domain misuse
- Manage relationships with external brand protection agencies and legal partners
- Oversee takedowns, enforcement activity, and escalation decisions
- Build and maintain robust evidence repositories to support IP enforcement and legal actions
- Partner closely with Legal, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure consistent brand usage
- Support the development of IP and brand protection strategy
What we’re looking for
