LHH Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner for their Wolverhampton site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and recruiting within technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments.

Working closely with the Head of Recruitment, HR team, and hiring managers, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of engineering and manufacturing vacancies, helping to attract and secure high-calibre talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and recruitment priorities
  • Recruit across a variety of engineering, manufacturing, and technical positions
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and direct attraction campaigns
  • Provide market insight and recruitment expertise to stakeholders
  • Manage external recruitment agencies where required
  • Deliver a first-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Ensure recruitment activity aligns with diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and compliance standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practice
About You
  • Proven experience within Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, or Recruitment
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Previous experience recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience of direct sourcing and talent pipelining
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) would be advantageous
