The Opportunity
You’ll work as part of a high-performing team supporting major UK and international banks, financial institutions, private equity houses, corporate borrowers, and alternative lenders. You’ll be exposed to a broad mix of complex and high-value transactions, including:
- Corporate and leveraged finance
- Acquisition and real estate finance
- Asset-based lending
- General corporate lending and refinancing
- Syndicated and bilateral lending arrangements
- Intercreditor, security and restructuring support
The role offers exceptional hands-on exposure, direct client contact, and involvement in high-profile transactions across multiple sectors.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE within a recognised banking & finance practice.
- Have strong experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documentation, and ancillary documents.
- Demonstrate excellent technical ability and commercial awareness.
- Be confident managing transactions and liaising with clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
- Be proactive, collaborative, and keen to develop within a leading national platform.
