Workforce Planning & Organisational Development Coordinator 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Immediate Start Stirling LHH is delighted to partner with a well-regarded public sector organisation as they seek Workforce Planning and Organisation Development Coordinator, to join their team on an interim basis. This role will support the Workforce Planning and Development team by providing high quality business support. This will involve carrying out various activities related to recruitment, pre-employment checks, preboarding and onboarding of new colleagues, learning and training activities. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, candidates and new employees.
