We are currently seeking a Property Litigation (Associate) Solicitor to join the Top Tier and Top Ranked Real Estate Disputes team of our Top50 client, a leading organisation in the legal industry. With a strong presence across multiple offices, our client offers an exceptional platform to work on a wide range of real estate and property disputes for commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates, and individuals. Based in their centrally located Birmingham office, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced leader in the field of complex litigation. They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team, having handled numerous high-profile cases. The team focuses on commercial and residential disputes including FTT management orders, property insolvency, possession actions, dilapidations, consent to assign/sub-let, rent disputes, forfeiture, and property fraud.
