Position: Private Client Solicitor, NQ to 2 (or soon to be qualified) Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered) Location: Norfolk Salary guide: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm with offices across the Norfolk region, who are seeking to recruit for a Private Client Solicitor from newly qualified to two years PQE. This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working. Key Role Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of private client matters Advising clients on wills, estate administration, and probate issues Assisting clients in matters related to lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications Conducting estate planning activities, including inheritance tax planning and trusts Providing guidance and support to clients in matters of lifetime gifting and charitable giving Preparing legal documentation, such as wills and powers of attorney Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry best practises Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor (or soon to be qualified) from NQ – 2 years PQE with experience in the private client sector.
