We're partnering with a leading and well-established adult social care provider to recruit a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to support their growing Adult Services division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator or co-ordinator who enjoys working with people, systems, and processes - and who wants to play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant care through effective learning and development.

Location: Wolverhampton

Hours: 39 hours per week

Salary: £23,000.50 - £26,000 per annum

The Role

As Learning & Development Co-ordinator, you'll be at the heart of the client's training function within Adult Services. You'll support the delivery of mandatory and developmental training across multiple regions, ensuring staff have the learning they need to provide safe, high-quality care. This is a varied and collaborative role that combines training coordination, compliance reporting, systems administration, and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and schedule training sessions (face-to-face and virtual) using internal systems
  • Liaise with managers, staff, and L&D colleagues
