The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with debt capital markets, lead treasury dealings, and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of external financing transactions, including bonds, private placements, and loans.
- Coordinate day-to-day interactions with banks related to funding activities.
- Oversee internal approvals, documentation, and execution processes for funding transactions.
- Actively participate in managing relationships with credit rating agencies.
- Prepare engaging briefing materials and presentations for rating agency meetings.
