As Tax Partner, you will play a pivotal leadership role, working with both personal and corporate clients to advise on complex tax issues and contribute to the strategic growth of the tax practice. You will lead a specialist team, build and maintain high-quality client relationships, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a varied portfolio of personal and corporate clients, providing strategic insight and technical tax solutions.
- Advise on areas including shareholder and succession planning, restructuring, property and investment tax matters.
- Lead, mentor and develop the tax team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to business development efforts and help raise the profile of the tax practice, supporting growth objectives.
- Ensure that the tax team delivers both compliance and advisory services to a high standard.
