A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Residential Property team in Taunton. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-value residential property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, and private client support.
The Role
- Manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice to high net worth clients
- Handle residential property matters, often involving country property, new builds, listed buildings, and unregistered land
- Deliver lease extension and enfranchisement advice

- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, CILEX lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
