This award-winning department is recognised by Chambers Partners and The Legal 500 and is one of the largest specialist Court of Protection teams in the UK.
The team acts for hundreds of clients where a solicitor or trust corporation has been appointed as Deputy or Trustee, supporting vulnerable children and adults with the management of their financial affairs and long-term personal injury compensation.
The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or a lawyer with up to three years' post-qualification experience to develop specialist expertise within a nationally recognised team.
Working closely with experienced partners, deputies and senior solicitors, the successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of Property Financial Affairs Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters while gradually building their own caseload.
