Working closely with managers, leaders and HR colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience while driving people initiatives that support business performance and organisational growth.
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
You will work across a broad range of HR activities, from employee relations and talent development to organisational change and people-focused projects.
Provide proactive HR guidance and support to employees, managers and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
Advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievances.
Support the delivery and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and employee experience initiatives.
Lead and coordinate a range of people projects, ensuring clear planning, stakeholder engagement and successfuldelivery.
Assist with talent management, succession planning, learning and development activities.
Drive organisational development initiatives that enhance capability, engagement and performance.
Support change programmes and the implementation of HR systems, tools and processes.

Previous experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment practices and HR operations.

Experience using HR systems and people data to support decision-making.
