Job Title: L&D Partner

Location: Stansted Area

Contract Details: Full Time

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 plus benefits

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions
• Equip participants with essential tools for safe and compassionate care
• Create detailed training plans and prepare materials and venues
• Ensure every participant successfully completes their training programme

To succeed, you must be CPI or Team Teach trained, with a passion for inspiring others through impactful training delivery.

Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience)

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) trained or Team Teach trained

Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience)

• Proficient in general tech skills, especially in setting up training plans for presentations
