A well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer to join their growing team in either Cardiff or Bristol.
This is a growth role, offering a rare opportunity to join during a key period of expansion, with clear scope for development and progression up to Senior Associate level. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Deliver high-quality client service with time and resources to do the job properly
- Work closely with an experienced and friendly team across both offices
- Contribute to the development and growth of the department

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or qualified by experience
- Solid experience handling residential property matters independently
