Residential Property Solicitor required by my client on a locum basis.
Overview:An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Locum Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join a well-regarded high street firm on a temporary basis. This role is to start immediately and will provide essential cover while the firm recruits permanently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related property transactions

Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes
