Residential Property Solicitor required by my client on a locum basis.

Overview:An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Locum Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join a well-regarded high street firm on a temporary basis. This role is to start immediately and will provide essential cover while the firm recruits permanently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

  • Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related property transactions

  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes

  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with solid residential property experience

  • Ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently

  • Previous experience working in a high street or similar environment

  • Availability to start immediately

  • Comfortable working on a hybrid basis
