Salary: Up to £65,000 + £4,500 car allowance + shares + discretionary bonus
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you'll work closely with school leaders to raise standards, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional education provision.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with Headteachers and senior leaders to drive school improvement and performance
- Lead on quality assurance, compliance, and inspection readiness
- Use data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify improvements and shape strategy
- Ensure schools meet Independent School Standards and regulatory requirements
- Support governance processes and contribute to strategic leadership discussions
- Provide expert guidance on safeguarding, risk, and best practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, L D, Quality) to deliver improvements
- Lead and manage service-level agreements (SLAs)
