We are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join a team in St Albans. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential property law, with experience in areas such as conveyancing, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. Additionally, you will have some experience in commercial property matters, including property development and secured lending.
