Our client, a prestigious law firm recognised as Band One in Chambers and the Legal 500, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their esteemed Wills, Trusts, and Estates team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to grow within a thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse caseload of non-contentious matters, primarily focused on the preparation and drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Managing estate administration work, providing advice on inheritance tax, and preparing IHT accounts for a varied range of private clients.
  • Maintaining your own client relationships while collaborating with senior team members to ensure the highest standard of service.
  • Participating in team and firm-wide business development activities to help expand our reach and services.
