The Role:
We are partnered with our top ranked client in Northampton seeking an NQ- 3 Year PQE Solicitor to join their well-respected Private Client team. This is a full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise while contributing to the growth and success of the team. Hybrid working is available.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including drafting wills, administering estates, providing tax and estate planning advice, and creating trusts.
- Advise clients on the preparation of powers of attorney, care home planning, and other private client services.
- Support senior members of the team with more complex matters, gaining exposure to high-value and complex estates.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients, offering tailored and practical legal advice.
- Assist with business development initiatives, including attending client meetings and events to enhance the firm's profile.
- Ensure client matters are handled efficiently, meeting deadlines and managing expectations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ- 3 years PQE.
- Proven experience dealing with Private Client matters.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to apply it in practical settings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage and prioritize a demanding caseload
- A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
- A commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in law and practice
Package:
- Competitive salary between £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience).
