Our client is seeking dedicated Payroll Support to join their team on a temporary basis for a 5-month contract. What You'll Do: As Payroll Support, you will be at the heart of the project. Your key responsibilities will include: Eliciting and Documenting Requirements: Gather and validate payroll business requirements, translating current processes into future designs with clear acceptance criteria. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Design, script, and execute UAT, including end-to-end parallel runs. Capture defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes for go-live readiness. Data Migration Support: Contribute to the migration and reconciliation of employee data, ensuring thorough checks and maintaining audit trails. Process Mapping and Compliance: Assist in process mapping and documentation, ensuring adherence to HMRC requirements and GDPR policies.
