About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Total Rewards HR Generalist to join our growing HR team. This role combines strategic and operational responsibilities across compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The successful candidate will partner with leaders and employees across multiple countries, helping to deliver a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Administer regional compensation and benefits programs.
