LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently working with an organisation based near Crawley to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This is a key role offering a blend of management reporting, business partnering, and strategic support.
As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to inform business decisions and drive performance. Working closely with operational teams and senior leaders, you will:
- Prepare monthly management accounts for the business, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Support forecasting and budgeting cycles, working in collaboration with departments across the organisation.
- Deliver insightful analysis on financial performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Communicate financial results and projections in a clear and accessible way to non-finance stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and controls within the finance function.
- Participate in strategic finance projects and support audit and compliance activities as required.
Key skills / experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong background within management accounting / FP&A
- Proven experience of business partnering at a senior level
- Strong communication skills with the ability and confidence to challenge as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
The role is being recruited on a hybrid basis and will pay £60-65k plus good benefits.
