Working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist HR teams, you will play a key role in delivering operational and advisory HR support to senior stakeholders and employees across multiple business areas. As HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, ensuring people processes are delivered smoothly and efficiently while contributing to wider people initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, parental leave, internal moves and secondments
- Preparing HR updates and communications for business leaders and teams
- Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
- Supporting reporting requirements and analysing HR data to provide meaningful insights
- Reviewing employee correspondence, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and action plans
- Assisting with talent, performance, and remuneration review processes
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with early careers and talent teams to support graduate programmes
- Managing sickness absence processes and occupational health referrals
- Supporting employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary, capability, and grievance matters
We are looking for a confident and organised HR professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment with:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment practices, and people policies
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience supporting managers and employees across a range of HR matters
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes constructively

- CIPD qualification or progress towards qualification is desirable
