We are partnering with a leading international professional services organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join a collaborative team. Working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist HR teams, you will play a key role in delivering operational and advisory HR support to senior stakeholders and employees across multiple business areas. As HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, ensuring people processes are delivered smoothly and efficiently while contributing to wider people initiatives and projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, parental leave, internal moves and secondments
  • Preparing HR updates and communications for business leaders and teams
  • Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
  • Supporting reporting requirements and analysing HR data to provide meaningful insights
  • Reviewing employee correspondence, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and action plans
  • Assisting with talent, performance, and remuneration review processes
  • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with early careers and talent teams to support graduate programmes
  • Managing sickness absence processes and occupational health referrals
  • Supporting employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary, capability, and grievance matters

We are looking for a confident and organised HR professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment with:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment practices, and people policies
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience supporting managers and employees across a range of HR matters
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes constructively

  • CIPD qualification or progress towards qualification is desirable
