Senior Tax Associate / Tax Manager - Tax Advisory
The Role
Our client is expanding its tax advisory team and is seeking a Senior Tax Associate or Tax Manager to join its Liverpool office.
This is a pure tax advisory role, focused on supporting owner-managed businesses (OMBs) and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
There is no routine compliance work, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality tax advice and developing your technical expertise.
The position can be tailored to suit either an experienced Manager or a strong Senior Associate looking to progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tax advisory assignments for OMBs and HNWIs from initial scoping through to final recommendations.

- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Capital gains tax and business transactions
- Conduct technical research and apply UK tax legislation, HMRC guidance and case law.
