Job Description Management Accountant Lincoln | Full-Time | Salary: Up to £55,000 A growing manufacturing and distribution business is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decisions, and driving business performance KeyResponsibilities Preparemonthlymanagementaccounts,includingP&L,balancesheetandcashflowreporting. Supportbudgeting,forecastingandvarianceanalysis. Providefinancialanalysistosupportbusinessdecisionsandimproveprofitability. Monitorcostsandidentifyopportunitiesforefficiencyimprovements. Managestockreportingandinventoryvaluation. Overseemonth-endprocesses,includingaccruals,prepaymentsandaccountreconciliations. AssistwithVATreturns,complianceandinternalcontrols. Supportfinancesystemandprocessimprovements. About You ACCA or CIMA qualified. Previous Management Accountant experience. Background in manufacturing, distribution or FMCG. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills. What's on Offer? Salary up to £55,000, depending on experience.
