Legal Counsel, Commercial - Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Legal Counsel |Milton Keynes (Hybrid) | £70,000 – £85,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Are you a commercially minded Legal Counsel looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading professional services company, is seeking a talented In-House Commercial Contracts Solicitor (2 – 5 plus years experience) to join their dynamic in-house legal team.

The Role:

As Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial agreements, including Terms of Business, Tender and Supplier Contracts, IT Contracts & SaaS Agreements and Soft Intellectual Property (IP). Working closely with key stakeholders, you will support the business with risk management, contract negotiations, and strategic decision-making.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) – with two to five years experience (pre-qualification experience will be considered)
• Strong experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts.
• Experience within Intellectual Property would be advantageous.
• Ideally have an In-House background (PP candidates will be considered)
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Be a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

What’s on Offer?

• Base Salary: £65,000 – £82,000 per annum (DOE)
• Good Bonus & Excellent Benefits Package
• Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week in the Milton Keynes office (to be discussed)
