Interim Director of Finance

LHH is supporting our third sector client as they recruit an immediately available Interim Director of Finance.

This is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organisation’s long-term goals. The successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring effective risk management. Working closely with the CEO and finance team, they will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and maintaining financial stability. Leading a dedicated finance team, they will foster a high-performing culture and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the third sector, and a strong technical understanding of financial management. A recognised accountancy qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA is essential.
